The Concept

It was good news that turned into an unforeseen challenge. Because of the numerous RDP housing projects countrywide, millions of South Africans were given the dignity of a permanent address for the first time in their lives. However, people were not used to the correctly addressing mail, which presented problems for SAPO. This TV campaign was so successful that two weeks into the first media burst, SAPO ran out of postal code leaflets.
